Thank you for your incredible patience and unwavering support! After a longer break, we're excited to deliver the next patch, tackling many bugs and adding great improvements. We hope this update resolves most of the remaining issues while we continue making excellent progress on the main game. Together, we look forward to the release of Nordhold in Q1 2025!

  • Added the “Eye-Function” to hide choice events, allowing players to make more informed decisions

[h3]Relic Replacement:[/h3]
  • Removed Relic: Golden Incentive (Common)
  • New Relic: Spearhead (Common)


[h3]Adjustments:[/h3]
  1. Chests: Resource amounts now scale successively with waves
  2. Restart Game: Added a warning that progress will be lost from Wave 3 onwards
  3. Lightning Surge now triggers only within the Arc Tower's radius; probabilities increased:
    • Old: 0.9/1.2/2.1%
    • New: 1.2/1.6/2.8%

  • Optimized readability of large numbers for DOTs
  • Fixed early decay of burn debuff
  • Resolved issue where Raven Towers stopped shooting
  • Minor UI improvements
  • Resolved persistent error messages
  • Fixed graphical issues for Mac users
  • Deactivated camera panning with ALT to prevent Alt-Tab errors

Dear Community,

this time we have reworked the light scenery, made a few balancing changes and, above all, made some relevant bug fixes.

We hope you continue to have fun. In the background, we continue to work at full throttle to prepare the full game.

[h3]Adjustments[/h3]
  1. Changing the whole lighting scenery
  2. Weakness (debuff) changed:
    • Damage Increase Debuff: 20% -> 10%
    • Debuff Duration: 3sec -> 5sec
  3. Timberwind Mark (Banner) changed and adjusted so that the first selection is equivalent to subsequent selections:
    • Old first selection: Wood Production: 1/1/2
/ Damage: 115/125/140%
    • Old further selections: Wood Production: +2/2/4 / Damage: +0/10/10%
    • NEW: Wood Production: +2/3/5 /
Damage: +12/16/28%
  4. Legendary Magma Field (Banner) changed and adjusted so that the first selection is equivalent to subsequent selections:
    • Old first selection: Applied Burn: 6/8/10; Burn Stacks per Hex: 4/5/8; Field Duration: 2/2/2 sec
    • Old further selections: Applied Burn: +6/8/8; Burn Stacks per Hex: +4/5/5; Field Duration: +0/0/1 sec
    • NEW first selection: Applied Burn: 6/8/10; Burn Stacks per Hex: 4/5/6; Field Duration: 2/2/3 sec
    • NEW further selections: Applied Burn: +6/8/10; Burn Stacks per Hex: +4/5/6; Field Duration: +0/0/1 sec

  • Bug fixed that some towers could be unlocked multiple times with Honor
  • Fixed a bug where Arcane Accumulation no longer worked when loading the game

Hotfix 0.5.7.14

Hotfixes:
  • Fixed a bug with “Save & Exit” that could cause the savegame to be lost under certain circumstances
  • Fixed a critical bug when opening chests (multiple selection was possible under certain conditions)


Further Improvements:
  • Significant optimization of the savegame size and sync with the cloud
  • Auto-level setting (for Towers) added to the savegame
  • Problem with the old Hero being loaded when restarting fixed

Hotfix 0.5.7.13

Hotfix:
  • Save game bugs solved and stability of the game increased
Adjustment:
  • Logic of “Pact of Prosperity” (Relic, common), “Quarry Legacy” (Relic, rare) adapted so that their conditions apply across wave phases for Economy and Defense phase. -> No more distribution of 3 gold / 30 stone “for free”


Further Improvements:
  • Added 2 new options under the “General” settings item:
    - Run in background
    - Play music in background
  • Minor UI optimizations (Purchases in the market / calculation of tower price inflation)

Rollback to the last version - Patch 0.5.7.1

Due to a critical bug, we unfortunately have to roll back to the last version and are already working hard to fix the new critical bug (savegame related). We apologize for the trouble and will deliver another hotfix as soon as possible within 24 hours, which will bring back the changes of 0.5.7.12.
