Tower Update 4 has landed!

FIXED Read you 5 by 5 give an "unknown command" answer
DONE For complex departure add the name of the departure facility
DONE With complex departure the command will be acknowledged but the plane is not going over to departure

Tower! Update 4 - Airports


KLAX
Fix approach lighting. Lower height of tall light stands.
Adjust any parking spots to avoid jetway connection problems or planes parked too close to taxiways.
Fix any problems with planes pushing back into the terminal.
Fix Taxiway disconnect between C1 at F.
Fix Taxiway disconnect between Y at E.
LPPT
Adjust parking spots to allow more room for Heavy planes to pass
There are three existing crossing roads between taxiway F and G2. If a plane is too wide to cross on F, tell it to taxi via G2.
KIAH
Fix missing taxiway lights
Fix Arrival 8L routing issue.(was routing via FA,FH,FA)
LSZH
Adjust bright material on Runway 34.
EGLL:
Fix missing material on static airport objects.
Fix parking lot lines clipping asphalt material.

Fix palm tree transparency.

Time for a European airport. One of the busiest aviation hub in the Netherlands!

The airport is built on the single-terminal concept: one large terminal split into three departure halls and has approximately 223 boarding gates including eighteen double jetway gates used for widebody aircraft.



Schiphol has six runways, one of which is used mainly by general aviation.

Interesting Facts:

The AMS air traffic control tower was built in 1991. Back then, it was the tallest in the world.
Amsterdam International Airport actually lies three meters below the sea!

With summer upon us, things might seem to be moving at a slower pace, but behind the scenes, we’re hard at work on some exciting new updates for Tower! Simulator 3.

We're thrilled to announce that our next Places update is shaping up to be a major one. This update will bring you the third free airport and a significant visual overhaul. We’ve even shared some sneak peeks to give you a taste of what’s coming!





We’re also developing a new non-verbal interface, which we’ve teased with a few images. This upcoming update is set to be the largest we’ve released for Tower! Simulator 3.



The changelog is evolving, and updates may come less frequently due to the size and complexity of each task. However, we’re making great progress and are excited to release this update soon. Afterward, we plan to accelerate the release of future updates and aim to bring you another free airport before the end of the year.

Enhanced Control: New Mouse Commands and UI Features
Whether you prefer voice commands or not, Tower! Simulator 3 now offers a sophisticated non-verbal command system. With this update, every active aircraft will display a label with its callsign, allowing you to issue commands with just a click. The intuitive color-coded system will guide you through the urgency and importance of each command—so you can keep the traffic flowing smoothly with minimal stress.

Performance Boosts: Smooth Gameplay with FSR 3.0
Worried about performance? We’ve got you covered. The "Places 4" update includes ongoing optimizations to ensure your gameplay experience is as smooth as possible. With support for FSR 3.0 (FidelityFX Super Resolution), expect incredible frame rates and maximum visual fidelity without needing a top-of-the-line PC.





For those eager about upcoming DLCs, we’re excited to confirm EHAM and VIDP. We’re also planning a summer release for an MSFS airport that has been highly requested for Tower! Simulator. This will launch for MSFS first, with the Tower! Simulator version following.
