Demo Update: Building System Updates and hotfixes.

Hotfixes:

• Fixed an issue that was causing the building item to stay in a destructible state.
  

• Build, Destruct and Paint modes now have visual indicators in the fps cam mode.
  
• Pressing ESC now properly closes open windows and cancels build mode.
  
• Fixed an issue that was causing you to take environment damage when standing between adjoining floors.
  
  
• Hitting a target in the ocean with a cannonball now properly locks the target, and shows its HP.
  (Note that you can always cycle through target locks in the ocean by pressing the TAB key)
  
  
• Attacking a locked target now gives slightly increased accuracy to your "fire cannon" skill.
  
• Increased the duration of the Mermaid Speed Buff
  (Note that you can swing by a Mermaid to get increased speed and maneuverability on your boats)
  
  
• Fixed an issue that was causing you to not be able to mount your vehicle when inside the hitbox of the shipwreck.
  
  
• Reinforcement ship hitboxes were increased slightly to allow easier cannonball attacks.
  
  
• Opening up the exchange menu of the trader now properly opens and closes your inventory.
