- The Royal Association of Artisans has been added.
- Sinead in the Tara Rath Royal Castle has been tasked with handling the selection and book-keeping of the Royal Institution including:
- Applying to the Royal Institution
- The Selection Criteria
- The official list of Royal Alchemists and Artisans
- Viewing your Royal Points (when applying/selected)
- Providing Royal Missions
- Sinead in the Tara Rath Royal Castle has been tasked with handling the selection and book-keeping of the Royal Institution including:
- The Royal Institution only selects the best Milletians for these positions and the availability of spots is highly limited. In addition to Royal Alchemists, 3 new positions have been added with the following requirements for application:
- Royal Blacksmith - Dan 3 Blacksmithing
- Royal Tailor - Dan 3 Tailoring
- Royal Enchanter Rank 1 Enchanting
- Each type of Royal Artisan only allows for 80 spots with the Royal Alchemists having increased their selection pool to 150 across the server of Erinn.
- You can only hold one type of Royal Artisan or Royal Alchemist position.
- When applying for a different position in the Royal Institution, you must withdraw any active applications.
- The Royal Alchemist program has updated their application criteria to ensure the best Alchemists are picked with the following changes:
- All Alchemy-related Skills Rank 1 (or Dan 3 where applicable)
- Spirit Cylinder Awakening is excluded.
- All Alchemy-related Skills Rank 1 (or Dan 3 where applicable)
- Selection of all positions in the Royal Institution will be determined with Royal Points through the following criteria:
- Journal Score + Activity Points
- In cases of a tie in the above criteria, a Milletian’s Cumulative Level will be taken into account, as well as when they applied for the position.

- The following Journal Achievements are not included:
- When applying for a position with the Royal Institution, you’ll be provided with a Royal Notebook.
- The Royal Notebook will allow you to:
- View your current Royal Points for the application process
- See who is currently a Royal Alchemist or Artisan
- Receive Royal Missions
- The Royal Notebook will allow you to:
- The Activity Point system has been revamped.
- The minimum 60 point threshold previously required for Royal Alchemists has been removed.
- Activity Points are now earned through Royal Missions via various difficulties: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
- After you’ve applied for a Royal Alchemist or Artisan, you can begin taking on Royal Missions to increase your Royal Point score.
- Acquiring Royal Missions (from Sinead or your Royal Notebook) will be logged in your quest log under the new “Royal Institution” tab.
- Over 65 Royal Missions were added that can be received.
- These quests can range from using a specified skill to delivering an item with a specific enchant depending on the difficulty of the mission.
- To ensure a candidate of the Royal Institution is well-rounded in their proficiency, point caps have been placed on all levels of missions. Any points earned above the cap are ignored.
- Beginner - maximum of 600 points
- Intermediate - maximum of 300 points
- Advanced - maximum of 150 points
- Withdrawing your application from a Royal Institute position will forfeit any Activity Points you’ve acquired for the week so far.
- You will also be awarded Activity Points for being logged into Erinn.
- You will receive 2 points every 5 minutes you are online, for a daily total of 120 points.
- There is a weekly point cap of 450 points for being logged in.
- Additionally, those who partake in the Royal Banquet on Samhain will receive 5 points per minute during the banquet. You are still beholden to the daily cap.
- The selection of Royal Alchemists and Artisans are appointed every Lughnasadh (Thursday) at 7:00 AM Server Time.
- The application deadline ends 10 minutes prior.
- With the change of Royal Alchemists being moved from Samhain (Saturday) to Lughnasadh (Thursday), all Royal Alchemist applications from October 5th to before maintenance on October 10th will be nullified.
- An exclusive Stardust Form has been added for Royal Alchemists and Artisans.
- Exclusive 1st Titles have been added for Royal Artisans:

- Items will be listed as “Royal Blacksmith [Name]’s work” or “Royal Tailor [Name]’s work”
- The Signature text color will be displayed in orange.
- The Entrust System has been updated to include Blacksmithing and Tailoring for Royal Blacksmith and Tailors.
- Entrust requests can be made in parties where a Royal Blacksmith or Tailor is the party leader.
- Crafting Bonuses are based on the requested Royal Blacksmith or Tailor in the party.
- The Requester must provide the required materials and Blacksmith Manual / Sewing Pattern. The Crafter must provide their own crafting tool (Blacksmith Hammer / Tailoring Kit).
- Items refunded through the Grandmaster Tailoring’s Unique effect will be refunded to the requester.
- When requesting an entrust to an Enchanter, names of Royal Enchanters will be shown at the top of the list in blue.

Fantasy Life Changes
[h3]Part-Time Jobs Success[/h3]
- The "Attempts" column has been removed from the Part-Time Job History of your Character Menu.
- Due to the removal of the Attempts column, the qualification requirements needed for a chance to receive the Master of Part-Time Jobs quest has been changed from 100 Successes to 200 Successes of the same Part-Time Job.
[h3]Pointing to the Inventory[/h3]
- A Search Bar has been added to the Point Inventory.
- When searching your inventory through the Magnifying Glass icon, searches will now include items located in your Point Inventory.
[h3]Seeing Stars in the Collection Journal[/h3]
- The Collection Journal will now display star ratings for all items in the Fishing, Cooking, and Taming Journals, even for entries you have yet to acquire.

[h3]VIP Forget-Me-Not[/h3]
For those with VIP Service, the Log-Off Notice Window will now remind you if you have VIP Advanced Items to collect. You wouldn't want to let those Dungeon Passes to go to waste after all!

[h3]Accessories Be Gone! (But still stay!)[/h3]
- Accessories can now be visibly turned on or off, allowing you to only see the Puppets, Balloons, and other delightful accessories you have equipped at your own leisure.
- Toggling the "Eye" icon on the Accessory Slot will activate or deactivate the accessory item from being visible.
