Event Dates: Thursday, January 1st, After Maintenance - Thursday, January 29th, Before Maintenance
- You can only register one character per account.
- If you ever lose your Snowfield L-Rod (Event), speak to Jan and select "I need another Snowfield L-Rod" to receive another.
- You’ll receive the following reward for completing [Guide] Jan’s Request:
- 10,000 EXP
During the event, you will receive the guide quest, [Guide] Jan’s Request.

Daily Fishin' [/h2]- After agreeing to help Jan and the aquaphobic Seal Pal, he will give you the daily quest: [Event] Be the One Who Smelt It and Dealt It.
- To create a fishing hole in the river, Humans and Elves must use Snowfield L-Rods. However, Giants can use Stomp to open one.
- You will receive 100 bait each day for logging in on the character you registered as a main character.
- You will receive the following rewards after completing [Event] Be the One Who Smelt It and Dealt It:
- 200,000 EXP
- 10,000 Gold
- Glacier Smelt Bait Tin x30
- Bring Jan Glacier Smelts to receive rewards depending on the amount you bring him. Please be aware the [Event] Phishy Phobia in Physis quest must be in progress to receive the rewards.
- You will receive the following rewards after completing [Event] Phishy Phobia in Physis:
- 300,000 EXP
- After each objective, you'll receive the following items:
