V0.9.2 - Hot-fix

Just a very fast hot-fix to address quests not loading correctly. Also features some other minor fixes:

• Fixed smithy being placeable on too uneven terrain
  
• Fixed being able to hold equipped items while petting cows
  
• Fixed minor interaction glitches in the start menu
