Update 4.1 - Phantom of Fixes (Fix & Balance Update)

Hello Soldiers, this patch addresses various bugs and balance changes from the Phantom of Time update (v4.0). Thanks everyone for your feedback on the build, and especially to all those playtesting the beta builds.

  • tweaked tree trap damage down
  • tweaked winchester damage up for tier 1 and tier 2
