So, make sure to jump in and learn more about this brutal roguelite and its obscure world ravaged by an apocalypse!

BIG DEMO UPDATE

In the early days of the Steam Next Fest, we have some nice updates and fixes for you.

Hope you like them, we'd love to hear your feedback!

New language available: Japanese!

  • Apart from some smaller issues that we will update in the next days, you can now enjoy the demo in Japanese!
  • We are currently working on the localization of our other target languages German, Spanish and Chinese Simplified.

New Crafting System!

  • We have redesigned and implemented a new and improved crafting system.
  • Each time you use the crafting table, you will receive 5 new but random affixes, which you can re-roll by investing Shadow or upgrading equipped attachments.

Combat gameplay assist

  • As our mix of 2D and 3D combat is unique, but also unfamiliar to some players in terms of aiming, we have decided to turn on Melee Auto-Aim based on the feedback we got so far. Feel free to turn it off in the Options menu when you don’t like it.

New Main Menu Design

  • We have redesigned the main menu to better reflect the unique style and feel of the game.

Various balance changes and bug fixes

  • Players can now interact with items in the Recovery Room more than once. For example, you can restore two Regen Nanomachines.

  • Bosses and commanders won't target decoys.

  • Fixed an issue with players getting stuck at the crafting table.

  • Fixed the SFX and voice over sound lines of the Chainer Demon.

  • Improved the flow of the surrender scene. It is now faster and waits for the "Send Resources" window if there is one, and loads faster if there is not.

The demo already lets you play around and create builds with a ton of available items, yet they are only a fraction of what will be available in the full game.

We are working hard to squash remaining bugs and polish some of the systems.

Localization for German, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, as well as Steam Deck support are in the works. Stay tuned!

Interview at Lethal Honor (Pt.4)

Top Secret Files Pt. 4

These excerpts of classified documents are detailing the catastrophic events at the Lethal Honor research facility on Wolf Island, which is rumored to have been overrun by demonic entities. This laboratory was tasked with creating the newest strain of Lethal Honor agents. The following first-hand account is expected to help shed some light on the incident.

Interview conducted by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] , consecutively called Agent 1 and Agent 2.
[hr][/hr]

Agent 2: And for the agents themselves, how did they manage to survive this overwhelming assault?

[REDACTED]: While roaming through the lab, the demons actually left a lot of useful things behind that the agents were able to use during their missions. See, demons get their power from connecting to their realm through something we called “Shadow”…

Agent 1: Please, let’s keep to the point.

[REDACTED]: Ah yes, sorry. The demons sometimes left behind powerful Artifacts that granted our agents useful effects and helped us turn their own might against them.

[REDACTED]: Some of them were very powerful by themselves, providing useful offensive and defensive boons to the agent. Others were only working well in combination with other artifacts or abilities. Curious, it always felt like they had a mind of their own, as if they were seeking out their counterparts in this realm by their will.

Agent 2: What do you mean by abilities? We haven’t heard about this yet.

To be continued…
