0.4.2f Echoes Hotfix

Fixed a memory issue on Steam Deck that was causing crashes.
- PLEASE NOTE: Play may still experience issues on their first interact with a Gloom Wall when on the quest “Tangled Webs”
Fixed an issue with the character collection menu causing poor performance.
