Patch notes 2024-06-28 (hotfix, experimental)

We've got two more little tweaks for the experimental branch to start the day. Thanks for the reports!

• Fixed a bug with Sluices that had Levees on top that stopped being one-directional when switched to Open.
  
• Fixed a bug with previews for the Wonders that wouldn't appear when placed on unfinished buildings.
