Captains!
When launching the game for the first time after Update 15.0, the login screen will display an error. This behavior is expected and intentional. Your client will download a small patch and restart automatically.
After the fix is applied and the client restarts, the game will function normally and will not require any further automatic restarts on future logins.
Additionally, we will release a small client update tomorrow. This update will include the fix and is intended for players who are unable to download it from the server.

[h2]Early Access: European Battleships[/h2]
A brand-new European battleship Tech Tree line enters Early Access!
- Seven ships from Tier IV–X: Yavuz Sultan Selim, Tegetthoff, Laudon, Chios, Enigheten, Gustav den Store, and Thor.
- All ships are armed with torpedoes that grow more powerful at higher tiers.
- Good concealment for battleships and time-based Emergency Engine Power starting at Tier V allow for flexible positioning and disengagement.
- Main guns feature smaller calibers and shorter firing ranges than most same-tier battleships.
- Tier X Thor stands out with nine 406 mm guns and excellent ballistics.
- From Tier VIII onward, ships gain access to Surveillance Radar—this is the first battleship Tech Tree branch to feature the consumable!
- Strong armor balanced by very small HP pools.
- Available via Early Access mechanics in Update 15.0 (not available during the Public Test).
[h2]Event Pass: European Rewards[/h2]
This update’s Event Pass is packed with European-themed content and new ships!
- First progression line: Tier V battleship Tegetthoff, Traditions of the North permanent camouflage for Öland, and 18x "Honor, Integrity, Virtue" collection containers.
- Second progression line (2,500 Doubloons): Traditions of the North permanent camouflage for Skåne (immediate), Tier VI cruiser Elli, Golden Age permanent camouflage for Split, and Tier VII battleship Chios as the final reward.
- Extra levels reward 1x More Signals container (first line) or 1x Rare Bonuses container (second line).
[h2]New Collection: "Honor, Integrity, Virtue"[/h2]
Recruit a new historical unique Commander from the Commonwealth!
- Our latest addition is dedicated to Vice Admiral Sir John Augustine Collins of the Royal Australian Navy.
- He's available via standard and Premium "Honor, Integrity, Virtue" containers.
- Completing the collection will add Commander John Augustine Collins, with enhanced skills and unique talents, to your roster.
- He comes with 10 skill points and an achievement.
[h2]New Leaderboards[/h2]
Competitive play made more accessible and rewarding!
- Four weekly leaderboards will be available during Update 15.0, each lasting a week.
- Players compete in small groups of 25 or 50, depending on recent activity.
- Battle types, tiers, and scoring metrics vary weekly.
- Rewards include "Honor, Integrity, Virtue" containers and Lunar Tokens.
[h2]Distinguished Service Awards[/h2]
Show off your mastery with a brand-new performance system!
- You can earn these by outperforming other players in average Base XP over time in Random Battles.
- Available for Tier V ships and above.
- Separate awards for solo and Division play.
- Three grades per category: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Displayed on your Profile and the Post-Battle Results screen.
[h2]Fighters Update[/h2]
This represents a major step in reducing spotting and strengthening air defense.
- Fighters no longer spot enemy ships.
- However, they will now have significantly improved effectiveness against Airstrikes.
- Faster engagement times and the ability to attack multiple Airstrike groups sequentially.
- Fighters can heavily damage Airstrikes, but multiple squadrons are usually required for full destruction.
- Designed to work in tandem with ship AA defenses.
[h2]Gameplay Improvements & Balance Changes[/h2]
Ongoing refinements arrive in Update 15.0.
- Campaign missions have been adjusted for easier completion and more eligible battle types.
- Third Campaign slot now available to all players.
- Unique upgrades have been adjusted for multiple ships: Kremlin, Hindenburg, République, Petropavlovsk, Daring, Harugumo, and more.
- Alternative balance versions added to Asymmetric Battle maps.
[h2]Salvage for Victory: Surcouf[/h2]
A legendary reward awaits in the final week of the update!
- Spend Coal and rare or epic expendable economic bonuses to unlock sequential rewards.
- Main reward: French submarine Surcouf (legendary rarity).
- Armed with two 203 mm guns, multiple torpedo launchers, Spotting Aircraft, and Depth Charge Airstrike.
- A truly unique submarine-cruiser hybrid.
[h2]Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Episode 2[/h2]
Heroes, villains, and allies return to the high seas!
- New and returning Commanders: Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael, Shredder, Krang, April O’Neil, and Splinter.
- All Commanders are nationless and can be assigned to any ship.
- Earn Commanders, camouflages, and rewards from updated Pizza Time Premium containers.
- Complete a special adventure to earn one Commander for free.
- Commanders from Episode 1 retain their original nations if previously obtained.
[h2]martincitopants Collaboration[/h2]
Joyful chaos sails into World of Warships!
- Unlock Captain Mart and the martincitopants permanent camouflage via a special code and combat missions.
- Get the martincitopants commemorative flag from the Armory using Community Tokens.
- Available until Update 16.0.
[h2]Grand Trial: Public Test Challenge[/h2]
The final seasonal phase begins!
- The Winter Phase starts with Update 15.0 and concludes the year-long challenge.
- Participate in Public Test sessions and complete tasks for rewards.
- Main reward for Update 15.0: 1x Kriegsmarine container and 1x Kriegsmarine Premium container.
- Earn Community Tokens, Coal, Credits, containers, and more.
