Update to Official Server Lists

Thank you all for your amazing support, our team is working hard reviewing everyone’s feedback and suggestions as we move forward.
Since the latest update, we have scrubbed through all the official servers and will be going through and removing the inactive ones [ on August 30, 2021 ] to help encourage new players to join more active servers. For any players who are affected by this, we will make the server data available to download so you are able to play single-player mode or host your own private server with the data.
