We’ve just released a new update for the Videoclub Simulator Demo with several improvements based on your feedback. Here's what's new:

🧹 Cleanliness now matters!

Trash no longer reduces your store's popularity directly.

However, customers will now complain if the store is dirty, which can affect the experience they gain during their visit.

💬 New customer comments

Customers will now leave comments about the state of your store. Make sure to keep it clean and welcoming!

🛒 Store updates and price adjustments

We've made updates to the in-game store, including some adjustments to item prices to improve balance.

💡 General lighting improvements

We’ve reworked the lighting across the game to make the experience brighter and more comfortable to play.

We are continuing to work hard to improve the demo experience based on your feedback.

Hey everyone!

We’ve rolled out an update that improves the experience right from launch:

🆕 What’s new?

• The game now automatically detects your Steam language.
  If it’s English or Spanish, it will apply accordingly.
  For other languages, the game will default to English. 🌐
  
• We also improved the settings menu — changes now apply automatically, with no need to press “Apply”. ⚙️
  

This should make it easier for everyone to jump in and start playing without confusion.
