We’re thrilled to announce that Blackthorn Arena: Reforged will officially launch today at noon ET / 9 AM PT! After refining the game with your feedback from our Steam Next Fest demo, we’re excited to bring this enhanced experience to you.

Special Note for Owners of the Original Blackthorn Arena:

To show our appreciation, owners of the original Blackthorn Arena can claim Blackthorn Arena: Reforged for free! Head to this page to complete the claim process, and we’ll send Steam keys soon to everyone who successfully registers (this is a manual process for us, so please be patient). We’re also working with Steam to streamline this process in the future, so stay tuned for any updates on the claim window.

Your feedback has been incredibly valuable, and after careful consideration, we’ve decided to take a little more time to polish and refine the game further based on what we’ve learned from your experience with the demo.

As a result, the release of Blackthorn Arena: Reforged will be delayed slightly from our original target. While we don’t have a specific new date to share just yet, rest assured it’s not far off, and this extra time will ensure we deliver the best possible version of the game.

While we know delays can be frustrating, we wanted to share something we’ve been working on in the meantime: Endless Arena Mode. Here’s a quick look at the mode in action:

We’re excited to finally announce that Blackthorn Arena: Reforged is launching on October 23, 2024! To celebrate, we’ve dropped a new trailer.

But that’s not all! We’ll also be participating in Steam Next Fest from October 14–21, where you can try out a brand-new demo of Blackthorn Arena: Reforged.

And we’ve got more good news! For a limited time (date to be announced), all current owners of the original Blackthorn Arena will be able to claim a free upgrade to Blackthorn Arena: Reforged. We’ll share more details on how and when this upgrade will be available soon.
