v1.10c5 Open Beta

Hey there, long time no see I guess.

This patch brings:
* Minor bugfixes;
* Few more tries to optimize the game even more;
* A trading NPC for Sell / Buy / Trade various items;
* Vlad Roszkovan got a new option in his social tab;
* Few more new items;
* Added animations for crafting and such;
* Other small changes.

My list continues for the following updates with some more polishing / bug-fixing of what was found last time and what will be found after new testing.

v1.10c4 Open Beta

Last for today unless I'll find something game-breaking. Might aswell be the last update for the following week as I feel that burnout coming after me.

* Few hot-fixes;
* Tweaks regarding view distance / map quality;
* Added Fabric, Empty Jar, Metal Debris, Silk Fabric, Puff, Kositor, Quicksilver to loot tables.

- Currently either the % on which Metal Debris is looted from Ore Veins is broken, or it's overriden by the Ore drop. Until further notice, rely on looting treasures for a chance to get Metal Debris. If someone wants test that if Ore Veins actually do drop Metal Debris please confirm on Discord @ https://discord.gg/5U6HqGMgja

v1.10c3 Open Beta

Hey there!

This update brings:

* Few more bug-fixes;
* A revamp to equipped gear pieces giving stats, meaning:
Because of a framework's limitations that at a given time started duping equipped item's stats, I've decided to remove the named stats and upon equipping a gear item - such as boots, that were giving +5 STA - from now on the player will receive a Equipment Power point or more for each gear piece active on the character; Because the duping bug is still there and I don't want to allow possible inbalances in the gameplay, at a given time the Equipment Power will reach a capped 100 value.
- This 100 EP value is available to be converted to VIT/STA/WIS stats at the anvil.

Soon will come back with another batch of bug-fixes and might rest for a couple of days because as you can see all I do is to come with lots of updates for bugs I make solving bugs I make.

In an ending note, earlier today I've capped around 35 FPS in the editor. So somewhat progression regarding optimization was made, and the problem causing this was confirmed.
