1.4 BETA - Day 1 update

- Fixed a bug with loading/saving vehicles, causing some vehicles to be lost (due to this fix your current vehicles, may have lost their custom colors, but for the new ones all is good)
- Fixed a bug when moving the character with arrow keys
- You can now drive cars with arrow keys
- Added 50 new purchasable houses
