CHARON PADDLES INTO BATTLE!

[p]On March 10, the river has a new master.[/p][p]Charon arrives in SMITE 2, bringing one of the most unique support playstyles in the Battleground’s history. Collect coins from fallen minions and monsters to build Soul stacks (earning infinitely scaling health), ferry allies across the map in your spectral boat, and unleash the power of the River Styx.[/p][p]Control fights witha silencing Spectral Surge, reveal enemies and empower allies through Damnation, paddle into battle with Swift Voyage, and summon a massive tidal wave with Summon Styx, fearing enemies while empowering allies behind the wave.[/p][p]On March 13, Charon’s Aspect of the Tollkeeper arrives, transforming his playstyle into a scaling damage engine. Coins are automatically drawn toward you, scaling your power. Damnation leaves an orbit skull that attacks marked enemies, and your abilities trigger waves of follow-up strikes. The trade-off: No more silence or shielding.[/p][p]Whether ferrying allies into battle or controlling the river of souls, Charon brings an entirely new way to support your team.[/p]

The Massive Base Stat Overhaul
[p]This update introduces one of the largest gameplay shakeups in SMITE 2 so far.[/p][p]To restore stronger god identity and create more meaningful builds, we’re introducing a sweeping base stat rebalance across the entire roster.[/p][p]Every god now has one standout base stat that reinforces their identity and playstyle.[/p][p]This also dramatically changes early laning:[/p]
