Fate Astrologer[/h2]
- A new Fate Astrologer Talent and 5 new Fate Astrologer skills have been added to the [Astrology] skill tab.
- Fate Astrologer related items, titles, journal achievements and Grandmaster Quests have been introduced.

Those seeking to
craft the stars themselves can begin their journey once they have completed the Astrologer Part 1 Scenario Quests, up to
[Astrologer] The Workings of the Stellar Citadel. Begin viewing the possibilities of a Fate Astrologer with Delaney in the Stellar Citadel.
- New Milletians who choose Fate Astrology for their first talent after rebirthing will be granted ‘the Aspiring Fate Astrologer’ 1st title.
- Title Effects:
- Magic Attack +15
- MP +20
- HP +20
- The title is available to you until you reach Level 10,000.
Upon visiting Delaney in the Star Citadel, you'll continue the questline with the following quests, rewards, and learned skills:
- [Fate Astrology] Wand of Lesser Willpower
- Complete the quest to unlock the Constellation Casting skill, 5,000 Gold, 50,000 EXP, a Constellation Rod and 100x Constellation Bait.
- [Fate Astrology] Pentacle of Good Fortune
- Complete the quest to unlock the Stellar Handicraft skill, 5,000 Gold, 50,000 EXP, and the materials to craft Constellation Bait.
- [Fate Astrology] Cup of Overflowing Emotion
- Complete the quest to unlock the Astral Imaging skill and Astral Imprinting skill, 5,000 Gold, 50,000 EXP, and 20x Astral Sticker Kits.
- [Fate Astrology] Sword of Fate’s Resolve
- Complete the quest to unlock the Cartomancy skill, 5,000 Gold, 50,000 EXP, and 10x Conjuration Crystals.
- Neal and Delaney have been added to the list of NPCs that can be invited through the Spirit Campfire Invitation.

General Fate Astrologer Skills[/h3]
- AP Training cannot be used for skills of this talent.
- When using a skill, a certain amount of mana and stamina will be consumed.

Constellation Casting[/h3]
- When the time in Erinn is between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the reflections of the stars are the brightest, and Constellation Casting will be available for use.
- This is a skill that allows you to obtain Star Reflection fragments, materials used for Stellar Handicraft.
- Procyon/Polaris/Arcturus/Hadar/Rigel/Canopus/Altair Fragments
- Procyon/Polaris/Arcturus/Hadar/Rigel/Canopus/Altair Crystals
- The skill can be used at existing fishing spots.
- A Constellation Rod and Constellation Bait Box is required to begin casting for the stars' reflection!
- The Constellation Rod cannot be reforged or upgraded.
- When fishing manually, you can play a minigame to find constellations. The number of stars you find will be scored, and you can earn Star Reflection fragments depending on the score.
- After a certain amount of time has passed in the mini-game, stars that are not the correct answer will gradually disappear.
- If you succeed in matching the stars during the mini-game, a buff effect for the next Constellation Cast will activate an increased biting speed +10.
- Auto fishing is possible for those that wish to just enjoy the tranquility under the stars.
- Constellation Casting is not affected by existing Fishing skill related effects.

Stellar Handicraft[/h3]
- You can create various items used by Astrologers by harnessing the power of Star Reflections paired with the Fatespinner, located in the Stellar Citadel.
- You can touch the Fatespinner, or use the skill nearby to open the crafting menu.

- Entries have been added for Stellar Handicraft in the Crafting Diary.
- Astrologer Tarot Cards now have Grades from Grade 0 to Grade 30 and can be crafted through Stellar Handicraft.
- The higher the grade, the better the buff effect from the Tarot Card drawn in Fate Foretold.
- You can create a Card Pack with Stellar Handicraft.
- Starter Cards are the lowest grade, with Rare being of the highest grade.
- When opening a card pack, if a card of the same or lower grade appears, you will obtain an amount of Pollux instead, used to craft new Card Packs.

Astral Imaging[/h3]
- Astral Imaging is a skill that can take an image of a Subject, capturing a moment in time.
- No resources are consumed when using this skill.
- Capture a subject’s moment by clicking on them. You can capture Milletians (including yourself), NPCs, and monsters.
- Transformations, Spirit Weapon Awakenings, and Marionettes cannot be captured.
- Subjects eligible for Astral Imaging will have an HP gauge displayed above their head when hovering the subject. You cannot capture the subject if it does not have an HP gauge displayed.
- You can save up to 10 images at one time which will be present in the Astral Imprinting skill menu.

Astral Imprinting[/h3]
- Astral Imprinting is a skill that allows you to decorate your own Tarot Cards using the Subjects captured via Astral Imaging, and various elements including stickers and border designs for your cards.
- When designing a card via Astral Imprinting, you can add decorations up to 100 points, a cost accumulated when adding elements to the card.
- Each decoration element applies the following cost.
- Subjects: 8
- Borders: 2
- Sticker Shop: 1
- Extracted Stickers: 2
- Stickers in the Sticker Shop within the Stickers tab can be selected unlimitedly, each costing 1,000 Gold to place into the design.
- The cost of the selected stickers will be shown before completing a card.
- You can create your own stickers by using an Astral Sticker Kit to create stickers using the item icons of items in your inventory.
- Astral Sticker Kits can be crafted with Stellar Handicraft.
- When using the kit, you will be able to select which item you would like to create an Astral Sticker Pack for.
- The kit will be consumed on use. The target item will not be lost.
- Using the Astral Sticker Pack will add the sticker to your Extracted Stickers within the Stickers tab.
- Astral Sticker Packs can be traded with others, but cannot be sold on the Auction House.
- You may also use Astral Sticker Kits by clicking Extract Stickers from the Extracted Stickers menu. When done this way, the Extracted Sticker will be available for immediate use without creating a sticker pack.
- Using an Astral Sticker Kit on a weapon that has had a Weapon Appearance Scroll applied to it will create a sticker of the transformed weapon.
- Each extracted sticker may only be used once and will disappear from the Stickers tab after being finalized on a card.
- Decorative borders are unlocked based on the grade of the Tarot Cards you have acquired, and are unlocked permanently.
- A variety of card backgrounds are available.
- You can save the completed decorated cards in Blank Astral Cards, crafted via Stellar Handicraft, and these completed cards can be traded with others.
- The Astral Frame Homestead prop has been added which can display completed card designs. Astral Frames can be installed on Homesteads and Moonlight Islands using the Astral Frame Homestead item, or 75 Pon through the Construction List.
- Looking for additional Constellation themed Homestead items? The following Constellations have also been added:
- Monocerus Constellation (100 Pon)

- Aries Constellation (75 Pon)

- Completed card designs can be applied as the appearance of a Tarot Card.

Cartomancy[/h3]
- Cartomancy allows one to consult the cards to receive the guidance of fate, allowing you to either accept it for yourself or share your fate with other Milletians to gain access to the drawn card’s chosen destiny.
- The guidance of fate will last up to 36 minutes at rank 1.
- The destiny cannot be overwritten while it is still in effect.
- Accepting or Sharing will require Conjuration Crystals, an item made using Stellar Handicraft.
- Each of the 22 tarot cards will have a different effect, shown in the chart below.
- By Accepting Fate, you will immediately receive the guidance of fate of the drawn card.
- This will consume 1x Conjuration Crystal, and place the ability on a 36 minute cooldown.
- The fortune of the reader will be revealed.
- By Sharing Fate, you grant the guidance of fate to yourself and the allies you have shared the drawn card with.
- You will be prompted to select how many Milletians to share with, up to 7 at rank 1.
- The drawn card will be held face down above your head, allowing Milletians to receive the fate alongside you. This will last up to 5 minutes at rank 1.
- Once all of the shared fates have been foretold, or the reader ends sharing, the drawn card will be received and all players will receive the guidance.
- This will consume 1x Conjuration Crystal for yourself plus an additional 1x Conjuration Crystal per share (up to 8 Crystals to share with 7 Milletians), and place the ability on a 36 minute cooldown.
- One may also choose to simply Read Fortune.
- This will not consume any Conjuration Crystals, but will still place the ability on a 36 minute cooldown. The guidance of fate will not be granted.
- The fortune of the reader will be revealed. A daily single card reading can give direction to the unknown, or explore possibilities of the future.
- Oracle’s Tools and Oracle’s Pavilion have been added to allow you to provide readings for others.
- By using one of these items, the reader will sit, allowing others to take the seat across from them to have their fortunes read.
- A three-card spread tells of the Past, Present, and Future of a subject.
- The upright and reversed cards will hold the answers, but we give them meaning.
- (Cards drawn in this way will not place the ability on cooldown, and will have no gameplay effect.)
