The Prologue Playtest is just around the corner, that’s why we do hope you’ve already signed up to take part in them. If you still haven’t, don’t worry, you can click 👉 HERE 👈to get transfered to the Prologue website on Steam. Once you're there, you only need to press "Reqest Access" button and that's it!

Today we’d like to give you a heads up about the changes you can expect in comparison to the Demo version!

[h3]🎶 In-game music[/h3]
In the demo version, music played in the restaurant was played in a way that made players hear it exactly the same no matter where they were. Now this system has been changed and the music is played through the speakers placed in the dining hall. This small but important change introduces the surround sound to the game. Now you’ll hear the music differently with respect to how far away you are from the source of the sound. There are also 3 new melodies available.


[h3]📝 Recipes[/h3]
Definitely one of the most important aspects of the game. Your restaurants will show their true colors only when more recipes appear on the menu. Currently, the clients can also ask for a nice cup of coffee, spaghetti, stir-fry or a freshly baked casserole. 🤤


[h3]👀 User Interface[/h3]
We didn’t forget to introduce changes to the UI as well. Some of the information about your current progress, points gained, etc. received a different display.


[h3]📺 Animations[/h3]
We couldn’t pass on the opportunity to introduce a new animation upgrade. The Prologue is going to introduce new animations for all the ingredients added to the dishes. They also received sound effects adding to the overall realism.


The game also received a lot of smaller upgrades but we’ll allow you to discover the rest of them by yourself! There’s no need to spoil all the fun before the Prologue comes out, is there? 😜

We’re glad to see you in another devlog from our 🎶 ASMR Kitchen! Today’s topic is of utmost importance for us. We’re aware that due to the name and theme of our game, the in-game sounds are extremely important for a satisfying gameplay. 👍 That’s why we’re working on multiple aspects of this part of the game. Before we take a look at the changes we’d like to announce that the next devlog will introduce some new content and mechanics you’ll be able to enjoy in the 👉ASMR Food Experience Prologue👈.

The first feature we’ve improved is none other than the depth of sounds. We’ve been working hard to make sure we deliver a quality experience allowing you to feel the direction and distance of different sounds. 🔥

Currently, most of the new sounds appear in the kitchen. 🍝 It’s one of the first games, where sounds have to be delivered so precisely and have such detailed characteristics, clearly distinguishable layers and features such as crunches not to mention the changes in the textures. This was a big challenge for our developers which they’ve faced head on! 💪 We can’t wait to hear your opinions on the new sounds. 🤩

We’ve started those changes with the sounds of chopping, frying, kneading and all the other sounds connected with cooking like pouring liquids. 🧴 We do hope that those changes will allow you to enjoy the gameplay more and to give you more of the ASMR vibe. 🎼

On top of that we’ve changed the 📻 radio sounds, from now it’s no longer omnipresent. It has a source in the dining hall and becomes a surround sound. This brings a significant change because the music played in your restaurants is mostly for the guests to enjoy. That’s why the further you go from the dining hall, the less audible the radio will be.
