V0.6.16 - Minor improvements

Based on suggestions from the Discord and Steam community discussions:
- You can now press Escape to immediately exit any conversation. This is both a nice hotkey but also will allow you to get unstuck if there is ever any glitch or lag during dialogue
- Pressing E when inside buildings will allow you to exit them, just like SPACE does
- Fixed teleporting starting campfire

V0.6.15 released - Huge stability fix

After about 3 days of ever so elusive bug hunting, I finally found and fixed the issue which was relating to disappearing inventories, buildings, and even occasional crashes. The crux of the issue was a race condition for multiple things being saved at the same time. This meant they could override each other and break the state of the database, then, many bad things would start to happen. This is now fixed.

This patch also introduces some safety measures to help communicate the current save state:
- Items which are in the process of being saved will now show a "Saving..." tooltip and be blocked from usage until they are completely saved. This will help prevent lag causing new unsaved items to be used in constructions, quests, and other places.
- Buildings which are not yet saved will now show a hint "Details about this building are being decided." rather than allowing you to start building it prematurely.

For very large saves, they may make more apparent some lag. However, the huge stability improvement is worth it for everyone. In these large saves, you may also occasionally think that items have not saved, especially if you are placing a lot of new buildings at once. They may briefly dissappear from your inventory - but rest assured, they are there, it's just that the huge save will cause some time for them to properly be saved and show-up. Of course, there will be optimisations heading this way in the future too!

V0.6.14 released - Hard crash

This is a small patch to turn soft crashes into error screens. Before, some of the game would restart in the background when an unexpected bug appeared, and that could have caused some issues. Now when that happens, you will be told straight away that it's advisable to restart. This should happen rarely, but if it does, you'll know about it straight away.

V0.6.13 - Fixed annoying bugs and things

- New adventures will now begin in a small clearing to prevent new players from being overloaded by leaves and trees
- New adventures will no longer occasionally leave behind 'ghost trees' or ghost mushrooms in the pine forest area when you harvest them
- New adventures will have more consistent mountains
- Grass close to the camera will be hidden so you when you look up, it won't obstruct your view
- Improved zoom hint in starting tutorial
- Balanced carpentry ideas (namely tables and fences)

V0.6.12 - Couple of fixes surrounding farming and campfires

- Harvesting fields will now also generate new ideas. For example, there is a small chance that harvesting a flax field will give you the idea for linen. This should help a lot with getting unstuck in progression.
