1. New Intro: The game now starts with a brand-new intro to set the mood right from the beginning.
2. Dimmed Backgrounds in All Menus: All menus now feature a clean, dimmed background to improve text readability and keep the focus where it belongs.
3. Steam Cloud Enabled: Your save files are now automatically stored in the Steam Cloud – switch between devices without losing progress.

Thanks for playing and for all your feedback!

Release 1.23 – Debris in Main Menu & Visual Update

1. Stray Debris in Main Menu – Fixed
A curious bug found its way into the game:
If your spaceship exploded and you quickly returned to the main menu using the Steam overlay, debris from the explosion could occasionally still be visible.
These fragments were unintentionally carried over into the menu scene – looked cool, but wasn’t supposed to happen.
From now on, all explosion effects and debris are properly cleared before loading the main menu. No more space junk where it doesn’t belong!

2. New Main Menu Design – Old Graphics Removed
As part of a broader visual polish, we’ve updated the main menu:
All placeholder graphics from the development phase have been completely replaced with final, high-quality assets.

Release 1.22 – Automatic Restart After Player Death

A bug was fixed where the game would automatically restart after the player died if:
1. the player died,
2. the Steam overlay was opened and then immediately closed,
3. and the player returned to the main menu via the pause menu.
The cause was an unhalted coroutine that continued to change the game state even after manually returning to the main menu.

Release 1.21 – Dynamic Calculation of Enemy Spawn Points

This version includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:
1. Dynamic Calculation of Screen Borders: Static values have been replaced with dynamically calculated screen boundaries, enabling precise and real-time positioning of game objects.
2. BUG FIX – Enemies Outside the Field of View: Thanks to the new dynamic spawn point calculation, enemies now only appear within the player's visible area.
3. BUG FIX – Unintended Restart After Player Death: A bug has been fixed where the game would automatically restart if the player entered the pause menu during death and then returned directly to the main menu.
