Q. When will the Global Test start and end?
A. The Global Test will be available between Monday 2/24 @ 10:00 - Monday 3/3 @ 10:00 PT.

Q. How do I participate in the Global Test?
A. The Global Test is open to everyone. Please install the DARKEST DAYS Demo from Steam and enjoy the game.

Q: Will I be able to continue playing with my character after the Global Test?
A: All account data will be deleted after the testing period. You will not be able to continue playing with your game demo progress in the future.

Q: Are there purchases available during the Global Test?
A: There will not be any items available for purchase during the testing period. The store will however be functioning and items can be purchased with resources obtained through normal gameplay.

Q: How do I link my account so I can play on other platforms?
A: DARKEST DAYS supports login options via Google/Apple/Guest. To play on different platforms you will need to link your account with either Google/Apple. If you created a Guest account, you can link your account from within the in-game settings.

[How to link account when logged in as Guest]
- Account linking can be done through the in-game Tablet Menu -> Settings -> Account Menu
 ※ Note that all DARKEST DAYS account data will be deleted after the testing period.
 ※ The Tablet Menu can be accessed via the methods shown below.
- For PC, this menu can be accessed by pressing “ESC” on your keyboard.
 ※ If a character is created through Guest Login on PC, you will not be able to continue playing with the same character on mobile.

Q: Why is my game not running smoothly?
A: If your game is not running properly, please check the following:

1. Check to make sure you meet the minimum spec requirements:

- GPU: GeForce GTX 1050ti / AMD Radeon RX 570
- Storage: 20GB
[Recommend Specs]

- GPU: GeForce GTX 2060 / AMD Radeon RX 5600XT
- Storage: 20GB
2. Try adjusting the game’s graphic settings.
Graphic settings can be adjusted by going to the Tablet Menu -> Settings -> Graphics
3. Try reinstalling the game to ensure no corrupted files are inhibiting your gameplay experience.

Q: How can I login with a different account?
A: You can log out through the in-game settings and log back in with a different account.
1. From in-game go to the Tablet Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Title Screen
2. Select the Account icon located in the upper right corner and login.

Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Please refer to the following steps on how to delete your account:
1. From in-game go to the Tablet Menu -> Settings -> Account.
2. Select “Delete Account”

Q: How can I report bugs?
A: DARKEST DAYS is still currently in development and unexpected bugs may occur. We apologize in advance for any bugs experienced.

Q: Why aren’t there any more available quests?
A: This Global Test being conducted was set to deliver the core gameplay ahead of the full-scale OBT slated for the end of March. As such, this Global Test will have limited content available.
The content available during the Global Test are:
Single Player Mode (Sand Creek): Story Quests up to level 20.
Even after completing all single player quests, you can continue to enjoy other modes such as Lonetree, Bielli Island, and Dusk Garden.

Q: When will multiplayer mode be available to play?
A: During the Global Test period, multiplayer modes will be available. Check the below to see when each mode is unlocked.
During this Global Test, only certain multiplayer modes are available.

[Lonetree Tunnel]
- Up to 4 Survivors cooperate to defend against oncoming zombies.
- After reaching level 9, you can gain access by completing the quest “Dangerous Lonetree Tunnel”.

[Dusk Garden]
- Cooperate with other Survivors to defeat bosses and obtain rewards.
- Reach level 13, and complete quests “Something Big” and “Dangerous Lonetree Tunnel”.
- Check the available Dusk Garden participation times daily.

[Bielli Island]
- Supply farming and multiplayer mode.
- Reach level 20 or complete the quest “Behind the Wall”.
- Unlocked once “Tragedy on Bielli Island” and “Dangerous Lonetree Tunnel” is completed.
 ※ Because of the short duration of this Global Test, the requirements to enter each of the modes have been lowered as described so more players can participate in them. Please note that these conditions may be different for the official launch later.

[How to Enter Multiplayer Mode]
In-game Table Menu -> Other Areas -> Select Desired Mode -> Enter.

Q: How do I change my character information?
A: Once a character is created, altering the character’s appearance is not possible. If you wish to change your character’s appearance, you will need to delete the character and create a new one.

[How to Delete a Character]
1) Tablet Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Title Screen
2) Select the character deletion icon
 ※ Please note you can only create one character at a time.

Q: I found a user who is abusing the game, what should I do?
A: The DARKEST DAYS team will use the data collected through this Global Test to ensure that users can continue to have an enjoyable gaming experience in the future.
Users who are using cheats, inappropriate language, or other abusive behaviors are prohibited.

Notice About the SNS Login System



Hello Survivors,
This is the DARKEST DAYS Team.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the current login system requiring an SNS account. The development team understands your concerns and regrets any frustration this may have caused.

This test is designed to support cross-play between PC and mobile, which is why we have implemented the same login method as the mobile version. We completely understand that this may make it less convenient for Steam players to enjoy the game. We are working on allowing you to play seamlessly with your Steam account for official release version of the game.

We are truly sorry for not providing a more comfortable gameplay experience during this test. To address this issue, we have released an updated build that now allows for smooth gameplay using a guest account. Please play using guest login if you prefer.

- Fixed an issue where the player character would be unresponsive when trying to revive a downed party member.
- Fixed an issue where the player character would automatically stand up after auto-reloading their weapon while not standing.
- Fixed an issue where the HUD would not display upon entry.
- Fixed an issue where Gigas did not appear.
- Fixed an issue where sometimes, other players were shown flying off into the skies.

Co-op Raid (Dusk Garden)
- Fixed an issue where other players' nicknames didn't show.
- Fixed an issue where players could step outside of the standby zone before a raid started.
- Fixed an issue where sometimes, other players were shown flying off into the skies.
- Fixed an issue where the result window would show a failed raid even though it was successful.

UI
- Fixed an issue where clicking on a web link from the in-game notices caused two mouse cursors to appear.
- Fixed an issue where the notices button wouldn't respond unless the tablet menu was opened again after closing the notices pop-up.
- Fixed an issue where some text in the HUD Chat System Messages were displayed in a different font.
- Fixed an issue where the UI target and Interact buttons were displayed overlapping.
- Fixed an issue where some text in the item info window was not displaying properly.
- Fixed an issue where notifications were not showing for the mailbox even when there are unread and unclaimed mails.
- Fixed an issue where even when selecting a language in the language select pop up window, the selection was not being shown as selected.

Other
- Fixed an issue where logging in to play the game as a guest through the Steam client caused an error.

Guest Login Not Functioning Properly

- Rewards you receive will be sent to your bag. If your bag is full, they will be sent to your mailbox.
