Dev Letter: Future Update Direction

Dear Mercenaries,

Hello, this is PD of AVA Global.

We would like to express our gratitude to all our users and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the late announcement. Through this communication, we aim to clearly outline the path we envision for AVA Global.


Our goal with AVA Global was to adapt to the global environment and prevent weapon performance from becoming pay-to-win (PTW). We aimed to offer all weapons through free currency (Euros&Titanium) to maintain balanced performance and create an environment where players could enjoy a variety of items.


However, user demand for performance exceeded our expectations, and items such as skins did not convey the intended value to players. As a result, while several weapons were released, they became a source of frustration rather than enjoyment, highlighting areas that need improvement.

Therefore, beginning with the December update, we plan to shift to a more hardcore weapon balance and introduce a new direction centered on this adjustment.


[h2]Pursuit of Hardcore Appeal[/h2]
We are planning to adjust all firearms to a more hardcore style. After establishing a base balance suited for combat, we will gradually release weapons with unique performance characteristics.

[h2]Introduction of a New Season System[/h2]
Through system upgrades, we plan to retain AVA’s classic appeal while introducing a new seasonal ranking system. Our goal is to motivate users with continuous leveling and rewards.

[h2]Restoring the Value of Skins and Items[/h2]
We plan to improve the skin system to offer performance upgrades that meet user expectations. Additionally, we aim to introduce features such as a Black Market to facilitate user-to-user trading and market activity.

[h2]Reward System Improvement[/h2]
We are reviewing ways to provide meaningful rewards through a restructured reward system. Players will be able to earn various items through Arena Challenges.

AVA Global aims to provide a gaming experience that both embraces the memories of the past and continues to evolve.
