[p]The Deep Update is getting closer and closer, and we want to show you what we are working on!
[p]As you know, building a castle is an important part of the game. So, for the upcoming update we’ve decided to pretty your cities up a bit.
[p]First of all, we’ve added illumination to some buildings. Towers, gates, and, most importantly, your Town Hall will have torches placed on top, making nights in your town brighter than ever. You can see what it will look like in the video!
[p]Not only that, but it will also be easier to discern whether a house is affected by a fountain’s effect (the one that makes houses fit more citizens). Such houses will look a bit different: the addition of a city fountain will let residents grow some ornamental trees around their homes (no, you can’t cut those) and add canopies for personal comfort.[p][p]As usual, this is the first in line of our teaser posts, so stay tuned for more!

[p]Deep Update is coming along well, even though we still need more time to put together an update this big. Meanwhile, we’ve put additional efforts into improving the game’s performance. With this totally planned update, you should notice much better RAM utilisation (especially during long play sessions).
[p]Additionally, it fixes a few rare crash cases some players may have experienced. As such, you can spend even more time fighting against unfavourable odds! Enjoy the update — and our video that demonstrates the difference!

• As a part of RAM utilisation improvement, a number of related crash cases have been resolved. If you experienced crashes before the update, please check if the update fixed them for you.

[p]March is ending, which means it’s time to explore a new map created by players! Today we look at Trio of Discord by SuGaRtOxA and Golden Mantis.
[dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][p]Trio of Discord is a medium-sized map where you need to defend from seven attacking waves. The last one comes on day 25, which also makes all enemies on the map join it. That includes Ozzie and Emperor Crab, so make sure to come after them before they come after you!
[p]Luckily, you have plenty of resources to quickly boost your economy and level one buildings can also be skipped, as you have the Town Hall II right from the start. There’s a lot of iron veins around the castle, tons of infinite stone sources and berry bushes are everywhere to keep your citizens well-fed and happy.
[p]That’s one speedy boy!
[p]We also want to mention efforts the authors put into creating narrative for the map — especially a few secret messages you can find!
