A patch with fixes.

Fixes:

• - The shards ritual button is no longer active in towns, since a free ritual is given there
  
• - Fixed damage in the description of the skill 'Blizzard': it dealt 2 times more than stated in the description. The skill was left as is, and the damage in the description was increased by 2 times
  
• - Fixed damage in the description of the skill 'Overload': previously it gave +25% damage per level in the description, but +50% in reality. Now in both cases it gives +50%
  
• - Fix for not counting the wax from falling wax particles in global stats and flame power calculations. The change affects the 'Ecology' skill, the bonus from bats from the 4th Dragon syllable and the bonus from 'eye' type creatures
  
• - Fixed the behavior of Wind Seal II with Wind King Mask. Previously, it continued to block soul acceleration, despite the fact that upgrading the seal from level 1 to level 2 removes the debuffs. Now the Wind King Mask accelerates souls as intended
  
• - Fixed a bug where during a transformation animation (Beetle, General, Wolf) you could start another transformation and ruin your shard walkthrough
