We're dedicated to making your gameplay experience smoother. Gas Station Sim is our passion project, so we're constantly reading through your comments and feedback, identifying any issues you might be experiencing, and fixing them. Today, we're bringing you some much-needed bug fixes.

• Fixed a bug that prevented players from placing paintbrush decals on wall segments with doors
• Fixed a crash caused by the tutorial starting too early
• Fixed a crash caused by car parking in Car Wash
• Fixed a crash caused by Employees starting their shift in certain conditions
• Fixed a crash caused by Employees trying to restock products
• Fixed a crash caused by a car trying to leave the queue
• Fixed a bug causing trash to spawn around the Cinema parking instead of spawning in the parking
• Fixed various localization issues in most languages
• Fixed a bug that caused Tickets to display wrong modifier information
• Fixed a visual bug that caused the “Show Trash” tooltip to go outside the screen border in some localizations
• Fixed a bug that caused Custom Movie ticked to have a black screen instead of thumbnails
• Fixed a bug that caused a player to get stuck with a validator in hand after the movie
• Fixed a bug that caused Automatic Validator to be ON by default
• Fixed visual bug wit not-existent Drive-In DLC icon, when DLC is inactive
• Fixed a bug that allowed players to target cars without Popcorn in their hands
• Fixed a bug with the wrong setup of the Cinema parking spot radius

• Fixed crash caused by generating new contracts in Junkyard

We've seen your feedback regarding the issue with the lockpicking quest, and thanks to your reports we've managed to track that down. Having said that, make sure to update your game. Rest assured, we're still looking at your comments and gathering your feedback regarding the DLC, so keep those comments coming.

The wait is over! The free Drive-In Cinema DLC for Gas Station Simulator is officially out! This brand-new expansion lets you restore and run your very own drive-in cinema in the middle of nowhere. Fire up the projector, roll out the popcorn, and give your customers an unforgettable movie night under the stars! 🤩

Along with the DLC release, we've managed to fix some of the issues that were reported by you. Check the full patch notes below. Rest assured, we're still working on some additional fixes that haven't found their way in today's patch.

• Fixed a bug with several employees doing the same task
  
• Fixed a bug that reset the Airbrush color picker to 0 instead of the default value

It’s me again with another exciting development sneak peek. This time we’ll be talking about one of the most anticipated features coming to the Drive-In Cinema DLC. In our last update, we talked about the minigames, events, and we finally have managed to reveal the release date of the DLC. Today, we’re diving into something that we know many of you have been waiting for…Let’s see what that might be 👇



[h2]Display Your Own Custom Movies🍿[/h2]

That’s right! We’ve read your countless comments regarding that feature and we obviously couldn’t have let you down. With this DLC, you’re no longer limited to pre-set films – you can now screen your own custom movies at your drive-in – the big screen is all yours to command 🤩However, there are some requirements that you need to obey. First of all, the only file format that is acceptable is .mp4. Second of all, the maximum duration of your custom movie cannot exceed 20 minutes. That’s still quite a long time to watch some of your old school clips on the big screen in the game, right?

To celebrate the release of Gas Station Simulator - Drive-In Cinema DLC, we’ll be hosting a special live stream on March 6th, 2025, at 6 PM CET, where apart from playing the DLC, we’ll be answering your questions regarding the DLC, and anything else that might be bothering you.
