Car Junkyard DLC Hotfix #4 has just arrived!

- Fixed an issue that made Car Transporters get stuck underground in some scenarios
- Wreck hitting a garage Platform now have correct sound effect played
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Quest line progress on the second objective if save was made at certain Sean dialogue
- Fixed an issue that blocked Sean if player would assign a task for him right after he finished a previous one
- Korean localization for Car Junkyard was added
- Some issues in French localization for Car Junkyard were addressed
