14.06 - Exploration Event tab

Hi Universe Architects, the simulation has been updated.

We will start running Exploration events every week so new players can start playing events sooner.

We are adding an events tab in to the side menu, so players know about the next two events. As premiere Exploration Events are launched, they will be added to the line-up alongside previously launched events. Ideally, new premiere Explorations will show up every 6-8 weeks.

This means the story tab will move into the Achievement tab. The Achievement tab will now house all collectible objects such as badges, achievements and story progression.

We are renaming the Logit Store to the Logit Console, to reflect that it offers options to affect the appearance of the simulation, and the System Console will now be the System Log, to reflect that it holds the story.

- New side panel Tab for exploration events
- Save Transfer button now shows up at the top of the settings menu
- Crowdin Implementation Added (you can now contribute to translations!)
- Logits earned now will show up on non-exploration simulations

Stack 'Em Up!

Speed your way through any Exploration with badges! For each badge you collect during Exploration reruns, that Exploration speed will increase by +10%! Want to finish Unfold The Universe Exploration at warp speed? No problem with a 4X (or +40%) "Christmas Launch" badge prestige.



An Ancestral Currency

It all starts with LUCA: our Last Universal Common Ancestor. Utilizing DNA, you and LUCA will link together 7 new currencies in the form of species! Collect Trilobites before the Ordovician Extinction hits, and find your way to a futuristic currency in a speculative period after human extinction.

+ Nanobots have joined Explorations! Utilize them to progress through limited-time content.
+ Browse new cosmetics and Artifacts that line the Logit Store shelves.
+ Ooo, shiny! Logits are now adorned with a golden finish.

This small patch includes preparation for the upcoming Mass Extinction event ( Going Live this Sept 14th, Wednesday 12PM EST). Only days left.

PUBLIC BETA: Mass Extinction Testing

Hello Beta Testers,

We are running a public BETA test (13.77) for our upcoming Extinction event (Life after Apocalypse). The goal is to review the game for any bugs, check how the missions and tuning feels, get any last feedback form players on art and music choices.


What's in the latest version 13.77
+ Missions have been updated. We are trying missions that pair a LUCA collect mission with a Extinction trigger event. See if that feels different.
+ Extinction animation are almost finalized.
+ Background music updated, unlocking, extinction, backgound music. Let us know if you think they fit with the event.
+ Translation and localization fixes.
+ All Earth Logit cosmetics now also show up in the Beyond. Pretty cool right?
+ Volcano Logit node animation when clicked.
