We are thrilled to announce that the latest update (version 1.2) has successfully completed its beta phase and is now live for all devices! This significant update includes major improvements such as an updated engine, enhanced audio, better performance, refined controls, and more realistic weapon movements. Hey Undead Citadel players on Steam!

We've been hard at work for some months now, making some sweet improvements to the game to port it to standalone platforms and PSVR2. So, it's time to update the Steam version with all of these improvements!

We've updated the engine, worked on the audio, tweaked performance and controls, and finally fixed those pesky weapon movements so they’re way more realistic and comfy. We know some of you were dealing with floaty weapons—super annoying due to your setup, right? That should be sorted out now.

If you already have Undead Citadel for Steam and would like to try the update now, it's in beta. Go to your library -> right-click on Undead Citadel -> Betas -> Beta - Public Beta channel for testing new features.

This update is currently good to go only with Meta Quest devices (Quest 2 / Quest 3 / Quest Pro). If you have any other headset, you can still try it, but it probably won't work properly. Support for other headsets will be available soon!
