Hey Anglers,
January’s here, and so is the Winter Pike Tour – the perfect time to grab your gear and reel in some big Pike!
Registration opens on Monday, the 13th, and lasts for 24 hours. You will find the full schedule in the SPORT tab ➡️Tournaments.

For newcomers, this is a great chance to explore locations like Quanchkin Lake, White Moose Lake, Emerald Lake, and Lake Saint-Croix – you get access to all the Tournament locations if you register!

‼️Important Rules:
- Use only freshwater spinning and casting rods, and a Keepnet.
- Stringers and boats are not allowed.
- One Fishing Planet account per device is allowed. If playing with family, each member needs their own device and you cannot swap devices.

In the Competitive Activities Rules, you’ll find all the detailed guidelines.

Enjoy your chance to get a whole set of goods including all the terminal tackle, equipment and licenses with Winter Pike Pack.

As we bid farewell to another fantastic year, we want to thank you, our amazing Fishing Planet community, for making it truly unforgettable. You have been the heart and soul of everything we’ve achieved together in 2024.

We’re excited to announce the Merry Fishmas Twitch Drops Campaign, now live on all platforms! Celebrate the season by watching Twitch streams tagged with Fishing Planet to earn exclusive rewards. The event runs until January 3, 2025, at 10 AM UTC, so don’t miss your chance to participate!

The rewards get better the longer you watch. In every box you’ll earn 2025 XP, 2025 credits, 1 Ice Token and a pack of Pure Snow. Additionally, for 30 minutes watching you get 1 Baitcoin, and festive items including Candy Wax Worms, Ginger Cookies, and Fireshark Epic Rockets. Watching for 60 minutes brings 2 Baitcoins and additional festive treats like Frozen Shiners and Buñuelos and the Hellfish Arsonist Kit.

If you watch for 90 minutes, you’ll receive 3 Baitcoins, more in-game goodies like Cookies with Milk, and the Squid-pro-Quo Blaster Pack. Finally, for 120 minutes of viewing, the ultimate reward box awaits 5 Baitcoins, Jelly Crayfish, Mega Cookie Groundbait, and the 12 Monkeys Demolition Set—along with Ice Coin and Pure Snow, of course.

Don’t forget that watching for the full 120 minutes ensures you receive all four reward boxes, not just the final one.

How to Participate:

1. Visit Twitch Account Linking and connect your Fishing Planet account to your Twitch account. Follow the steps for your platform.
   
2. Link Your Twitch Account: Don’t forget to click “Link Account” to complete the process.
   
3. Look for streams with the Fishing Planet logo to ensure they’re connected to the campaign.
   

Sit back, enjoy the streams, and watch the rewards roll in! Remember, the longer you watch, the more you’ll collect.

Dear Anglers,
This year has been an extraordinary one for us, as we turned two of our long-standing dreams into reality. The Ocean Update, an idea we envisioned from the very beginning, introduced the vast open seas and the Fishing Together feature, allowing friends to fish side by side on the same boat. Additionally, we finally brought the Dnipro River—our home location—to life, a cherished project that had been long overdue.

Over the past year, so much has happened in Fishing Planet:
🎣 The Club Leagues Season, which, despite its challenges, still brought many players together.
🏆 11 thrilling tournaments and thousands of competitions.
🎃 A brand-new Halloween Event that was both challenging and exciting.
🛠️ 10 major bug-fix patches across 7 platforms, improving the game experience.
🌊 Saltwater and freshwater trolling were introduced to the game.
🛥️ Hundreds of new items, from saltwater yachts to a variety of new tackle, outfits, event items and rewards.

Someone joked that "Fishing Planet was cooking this year," and they weren’t wrong—but what we want you to know is that this was just the appetizer! There’s so much more in store for next year, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We are deeply grateful for your support and feedback, which drives us to keep improving and growing. While some features take longer to implement and not everything may be possible immediately, we want you to know that we are always listening and doing our best to enhance the game for you.

As we wrap up this year, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful holiday season. May your Christmas be filled with warmth and happiness, and may the New Year bring you success, good health, and, of course, plenty of unique catches!
