Today, we applied disciplinary actions after thoroughly analyzing game data based on records of abnormal gameplay. The results of these actions are as follows:

• 1. Resolved an issue where duplicate weapons were acquired in Year-End Gift Exchange Coupons: all duplicate weapons were removed & the same amount of Year-End Gift Exchange Coupons were awarded as the number of weapons removed
  
• Example) Spent 2 Exchange Coupons and acquired 2 identical weapons → Removed 2 weapons and given 2 Exchange Coupons
  
• 2. Fixed the incorrect application of the Family Total War benefits to some players and reissued the benefits.
  
• 3. Extended the end date of the Contribution Pass benefits: (Previous) 1/22 → (Changed) until 2/19 maintenance
