Lightforge Loot Crate Changes and Rerun Plans

Dear Metas,

Your opinions matter to us. In January, we optimized the Lightforge Loot Crate system based on your suggestions. We have since received additional feedback and would like to address some of your questions.
1. Why did you change the Lightforge Loot Crate's draw system?
Many players reported difficulty obtaining their desired rewards when opening Lightforge Loot Crates under the previous guarantee system. On January 2, we introduced Lightforge Gems, which can be collected by opening Lightforge Loot Crates and used to redeem your preferred Lightforge Collection items.
Since these changes went live, we've received much positive feedback and suggestions for future improvements. Hence, we plan to keep the current Lightforge Gem redemption system.
2. Will players receive any compensation for the changes to the draw system?
The revamped Lightforge Loot Crate system has reduced the cost of obtaining individual rewards, which may players who drew rewards under the previous system to feel disadvantaged. Future paid content will have a uniform acquisition method across all platforms to ensure consistent pricing.
To thank you for supporting Once Human, we will provide compensation benefits to players who opened Lightforge Loot Crates between August 15, 2024, and December 19, 2024. The details are as follows:
1. If you obtained 1–4 Lightforge Collection items under the previous system, you can spend 1× Energy Link to redeem 5× Lightforge Ingots.
2. If you obtained 5–9 Lightforge Collection items under the previous system, you can spend 1× Energy Link to redeem 10× Lightforge Ingots.
3. If you obtained 10+ Lightforge Collection items under the previous system, you can spend 1× Energy Link to redeem 1× Lightforge Gem and 10× Lightforge Ingots.

In addition, all players can spend 1× Lightforge Relic to redeem 1× Lightforge Ingot and 1× Lightforge Relic.
These benefits will be available at the 'Lightforge Loot Crate: Frostshade' Redemption Shop from January 27 to February 26. Be sure to claim your benefits in time and remind your friends!
NOTE: The redemption benefits are under development. If there are any changes, we will promptly inform all players through various channels.
3. How will the Pyro Glide rerun work?
A rerun pack containing all Lightforge Collection items from Pyro Glide will be available from the 'Lightforge Loot Crate: Frostshade' Redemption Shop starting January 27. The pack can be purchased at its original price using Lightforge Relics.

Thank you for your suggestions and feedback. If you have any other questions, let us know through the Co-Dev Feedback Platform!

Once Human Version 1.4 Bug Fixes (January 23)

Dear Metas,

Since the official release of Once Human version 1.4, we have been gathering community feedback and actively addressing your concerns. Here are the latest fixes we have implemented:

1. Fixed an issue where the stats of the Calibration Blueprint - Portable Crossbow were not applied correctly.

2. Fixed an issue where the Abyssal Teardrop and Mechanical Butterfly Collection items could not be properly acquired.

3. Fixed an issue where the Treacherous Tides set would cause abnormal HP after teleporting or entering a dungeon.

4. Reduced the damage that Critical Pulse's consecutive Power Surges and Orb Lightning deal to players. This only applies in PvP.

5. Restored the Redeem Code option to the Event screen.

6. Fixed an issue affecting the damage of some Power Surge weapons in PvP.

7. Fixed an issue where characters could not sign up for a new scenario after their server closed.

8. Fixed an issue where Lunar Oracle events did not start as expected on some servers.

9. Optimized the interaction animation of Oracle Crates to prevent interruptions while opening them.

10. Fixed an issue where if the player gets knocked down while holding a pistol or crossbow, their weapon does not become visible after getting up again.

11. Fixed an issue affecting the seasonal transfer rules of Spring Festival Lucky Crates. They can now be transferred directly to a new season.

12. Fixed an issue where opening Battle Suffix Mod Crate - Stardust's Advent II without a Controller would yield an Epic mod.

13. Optimized the rules for triggering the warning sound when the player's HP is low. The warning sound will now only play once when the player's HP falls below the threshold.

14. Fixed an issue affecting the appearance of the Shadow Hound's Silver Plague effect.

15. Fixed an issue where the HUD icon did not match the currently held item.

16. Optimized the interaction permissions for Securement Units. Players must now have Storage permissions before withdrawing Deviation output.

17. We are aware that Critical Pulse is overpowered in PvP scenarios. We plan to reduce Critical Pulse's PvP effectiveness within this week.

NOTE: This adjustment will only apply in PvP and will not affect Critical Pulse's effectiveness in PvE.

18. Restored the Lean Backward and Lean Forward buttons for motorcycles. You can continue to use these buttons to adjust your motorcycle's stance.

NOTE: The Lean Backward movement is still a work in progress. We expect to optimize it by Q2 2025 to deliver a more immersive riding experience.
