Happy's Humble Burger Farm News

Lots more fixes coming your way in this update. Please make sure you are up to date by looking at the version number in the bottom corner of your Main Menu screen. If not, restart steam and you should have the update!

In this update you will find fixes for all of this stuff down below:
- We thought "New Game" meant, well, "New Game"! Endless mode now stays unlocked even if you start a new game!
- Fixed backpack issues in the Diner scene preventing players from putting finished burgers on the plate
- Fixed UI issues that prevented backpack usage while all jacked up on coffee
- Fixed the money in the Steal & Sell from breaking your inventory system!
- Fix for the special disks in the special places not showing up for our special players who want to play again!
- Optimization pass in a few places to hopefully make it run just a tad bit more smooooooth. Get it, 'sMOOOOOOth'
- That's pretty much the main stuff, there is also a lot of little things Obscura did while you were sleeping. They were searching for contraband and might have shuffled some things around. If it wasn't where it was before, or doesn't look like it did before, blame THEM!

It may not seem like a lot, and if you don't see your reported bug on this list, please don't fret! We are trying to prioritize to the best of our abilities so you can keep making Happy, Happy! We have notated everything and are trying to fix everything as fast as we can!

If you haven't figured it out yet, just trust Obscura, they will ALWAYS lead you in the right direction. But their help line is disconnected... so until they start fixing their own problems, we are around to fix any issues you may be having! The best place to get a hold of us is our DISCORD.

Update 1.16.4 straight from Happy herself

Happy doesn't like when her restaurant isn't running well

1 day has gone by and we have been hard at work fixing bugs to make sure you can keep cooking burgers! Good news though, we have managed quite a few little changes to make your cooking experience even better!
In this patch you will find fixes for the following:

- Eliminated an unfriendly from the restaurant area that was trespassing
- Soft lock when player picks up and throws the burger bomb right away
- V.I.C. didn't rehearse his lines well enough so we had a talk with him about that (hint system fixed)
- Modified intensity of unforseen events that can occur while cooking at the restaurant!
- Soft lock when you tried to get coffee while holding a Paragon forbidden item (keypad hacker)
- You can now store your burger bombs in your inventory. No more accidentally throwing them with the scroll wheel!
- Soft lock for being such a good employee and trying to throw ALL the trash in the game away
- Some people beat Charlie but weren't able to recive their reward! That reward is now availible in musueum if this happens to you!
- There was a couple of audio tapes that managed to slip through the cracks, but we found them! So hopefully now you can too!
- Assured that all the collectible notes are able to be observed throughly by either standing or crouching.
- Got rid of that old antenna for that broken TV in your apartment so it wouldn't obstruct that beautiful flat screen TV
- Couldn't hear V.I.C. too well, so we cranked him up to 11
- Fixed 'Traditional Chinese' translation
- People who couldn't see the path before can now see the path to freedom
- The patties in Toe's room were so spoiled that even The Fabricator didn't want them. So we made Toe throw them out
- Prevented items in certain places from doing bad things! (fixed inventory bug)
- A few other small, minor changes that only 1 person on our team understands but we are told that you will like it, so from the people who brought you Obscura biotech Trust Us

That about does it as far as bugs go. We want to thank each and every one of you for your support and your understanding/patience while we work out the first day bugs! We have had a LOT of feedback, both positive and negative, and we want to make sure that we are doing our best to provide the best gaming experience that our small little team can muster.
So we have taken some of that negative feedback, strewn it about various different people/fans/players and we decided to switch some things up. We hope you enjoy!

2 patches in 1 day!

Sorry for the inconvenience, we want to fix all the problems we can as soon as we can!

In this version 1.16.3 patch we were able to figure out the slight bug that was causing steam achievements to not recognize. As well as fixing a bug that occurred when the player would activate a burger bomb and then switch levels.

Comin' to you straight from New Elysian City. Our first patch! There has been reports of the screen going black right after the first splash screen upon launching the game. This unfortunately was due to those who had played any of our demos or playtests. We do greatly apologize and we hope you forgive us!

This patch is here to fix all that and make sure you can get to your job on time! Sorry for making you late to your first shift. 😦

If the patch doesn't come thru automatically, please restart steam completely, and that should do the trick! In the lower right hand corner of the main menu, it should have the version 1.16.2. If you do see any other bugs or would like to report anything please visit our DISCORD !

[h3]3. Upgrade the restaurant system to boost efficiency when needed.[/h3]

[h3]1. Focus on serving the customers no matter what happens and make sure you don’t mess up the orders. Our manager is not known as a patient or generous boss.[/h3]

[h3]2. Report to your position on a nightly basis and clock in on time.

Don’ts:

[h3]1. Hang around the New Elysian city and have too much fun in the Museum, Jazzy Java Joint club or Steal ‘n’ Sell pawn shop. They offer credits and opportunities to earn some extra cash and are indeed fun to visit, but we want you to focus on your job.[/h3]

[h3]2. Get caught up by the audio logs, research pages or letters that you may find around the community. Drop them immediately and don’t overthink if you obtain some of those items. [/h3]
